• Former defenseman in the Premier Lacrosse League & MLL
  
• 3x All American at Syracuse University
  
• 2011 D1 Defensemen of the Year 
  
• 2009 National Champion at Syracuse University 
  
• 2x Time all Big East Conference 
  
• Coached D1 for three years at Manhattan College
  
• Currently the Head Coach at Kittatinny H.S.
